Recent research has shown that university students, when presented with multiple search areas and options, tend to simply enter their query into the most prominent search area and often choose not to take advantage of limiting options. To keep up with this user behavior, I was tasked by the Sherrod Library to create a "Bento" search application. This application takes in user queries and returns data from multiple different locations to one web page using REST APIs. It then sorts the returned data into functional categories to allow the results to be read more simply. This project is due to be released later this year along with the website redesign.
